Hike the forest trail to Hemlock Falls. We start with the Lenape trail and we work our way over to the hemlock falls and take the white trail back to locust Grove parking and lot. Park in the Tulip Springs parking area for a less than 2 mile round trip hike to the falls. The streams have been dry this summer but it's a beautiful hike when the water is flowing in the Spring. The main incline is all the way in the beginning of the hike.

Get out into the forests of South Mountain Reservation and take an easy, rewarding hike to Hemlock Falls. So don’t get worried. The trail has a parking lot at Tulip Spring. The falls is a fun sight but would be more impressive no doubt after a period of rainfall to fill the plunge pool. Hemlock Falls Is A 6 Mile Hike In New Jersey That Leads You To A Pristine Waterfall. This will really get your heart rate going in the 1st 2/3 of a mile. Reverse direction might be more enjoyable since the Crest Drive has a paved road that people were skateboarding or roller blading down. Watch out for those trail runners they can sneak up on you at any time. The trailhead is easy for all fitness levels. This app helped. This is a fun trail to explore.
